Dulcinea
Over the past decade, the yachting scene in the eastern Mediterranean has greatly expanded. During the season, there are now hundreds of fine yachts—both sail and motor—in Turkish waters. Nonetheless, my Turkish agents and I do have our favorite boats and value the relationships we have forged with owners and crew members.
Some of our favorite boats are not widely advertised, in part, because our clients enjoy them so much that we charter them repeatedly! Many boats are booked a year in advance. Indeed, that is what we advise clients to do.
Nonetheless, clients’ plans can change and we do experience cancellations or gaps in bookings.
For summer 2008, we’re pleased to say we have some available weeks on a charming luxury gulet whose American owners will not be using her for the entire season. Dulcinea, an 89-foot Turkish-built vessel, accommodates 10 guests in 5 double cabins. Her Turkish crew of 3 provides service and on-board cuisine to please any discriminating guest.
So whether you are looking ahead or hoping for something wonderful at the last minute, we encourage you to contact us.
